PeakAxis Health operates as a healthcare management and administrative services organization.
Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers practicing within their respective professional entities. These providers are responsible for all medical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions.
PeakAxis Health does not practice medicine and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
Telehealth Services
PeakAxis Health provides access to telehealth services through licensed healthcare providers using secure digital communication technologies.
Telehealth services may include:
- Online medical questionnaires
- Secure messaging with providers
- Virtual consultations
- Prescription review and approval
Treatment recommendations are based on the medical judgment of a licensed healthcare provider following review of patient-submitted information.
No prescription medication will be prescribed or dispensed without review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider.
A provider–patient relationship is established only after:
- Completion of an intake evaluation
- Review by a licensed healthcare provider
- Confirmation that treatment is medically appropriate
Telehealth Consent
By using PeakAxis Health services, you consent to receive healthcare services via telehealth technologies.
Telehealth involves the electronic transmission of medical information, which may include audio, video, or written communications between you and a healthcare provider.
While reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect your information, potential risks may include technical failures or unauthorized access to electronic communications.
You understand that you may withdraw consent for telehealth services at any time by discontinuing use of the platform.
Medical Emergencies
PeakAxis Health telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
PeakAxis Health services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Patients must be physically located in a state where PeakAxis Health services are available at the time of their telehealth consultation.
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the intake process and throughout their use of the services.
Providing inaccurate or incomplete medical information may impact treatment decisions and eligibility.
Service Availability and Geographic Limitations
PeakAxis Health services are currently available to residents located in the following states:
- Missouri
- Illinois
- Kansas
PeakAxis Health plans to expand services to additional states including:
- Georgia (pending)
- Oklahoma (pending)
Services may be limited based on provider licensing requirements and state regulations.
PeakAxis Health reserves the right to modify service availability at any time.
Compounded Medication Disclosure
Some medications offered through PeakAxis Health may be compounded medications.
Compounded medications are custom-prepared formulations that may differ from FDA-approved medications.
Compounded drugs are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or effectiveness, but are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription when a provider determines that a compounded formulation is appropriate for a specific patient.
All compounded medications are dispensed pursuant to a valid patient-specific prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider.
Prescription and Medication Fulfillment
Prescription medications are dispensed and shipped by licensed partner pharmacies.
PeakAxis Health does not dispense medications directly.
Medications are shipped only to patients located in approved service states and in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on provider approval, pharmacy processing times, and carrier delivery schedules.
Most prescriptions are processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days following provider approval.
PeakAxis Health does not ship medications internationally.
Payments and Billing
PeakAxis Health services are currently offered on a self-pay basis and do not accept insurance.
Payment for services may include:
- Consultation fees
- Medication costs
- Membership or program fees
Charges may be processed after a licensed provider reviews and approves the treatment plan.
PeakAxis Health does not guarantee that treatment will be approved following consultation.
Fees for completed medical consultations may be non-refundable.
Recurring Programs
Some treatment programs may operate on a recurring monthly basis.
By enrolling in a recurring program, you authorize PeakAxis Health to charge the payment method on file for applicable program fees unless the program is canceled according to program terms.
Program details, including billing frequency and cancellation instructions, will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Shipping and Returns
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed.
If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, patients should contact PeakAxis Health support immediately for assistance.
Electronic Communications
By using PeakAxis Health services, you consent to receive communications electronically.
These communications may include:
- Email notifications
- SMS/text messages
- Secure patient portal communications
- Treatment updates and appointment reminders
Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of certain communications as permitted by law.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
You agree to notify PeakAxis Health immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
PeakAxis Health is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user failure to safeguard login credentials.

Use of this website is also governed by the PeakAxis Health Privacy Policy.
